Peace Lily Care Guide

Peace Lilies (Spathiphyllum) are popular indoor plants valued for their lush green leaves and elegant white blooms. These low maintenance plants, known for air-purifying qualities, enhance indoor air and well-being.

Ideal Location
Peace Lilies thrive in low light with indirect sunlight, making them perfect for low-light spots like bathrooms and bedrooms. Keep them in stable temperatures, away from drafts and air-conditioning vents.

Care Tips

  • Watering: Keep soil moist but not soggy. Water only when the topsoil is dry.
  • Fertilizing: Use a diluted liquid fertilizer every few weeks during growth or controlled-release pellets twice yearly.
  • Humidity: Mist leaves regularly, especially in dry, air-conditioned areas.
  • Leaf Care: Wipe or hose leaves with water to remove dust and remove any dead or damaged foliage.

TOP TIP: Use a leaf shine spray such as Rocky Point Plant & Foliage Spray to keep leaves healthy, shiny and pest free.

Varieties
Peace Lilies come in many sizes, from the large ‘Sensation’ to the compact ‘Petite’, and even with the speckled variegated foliage of ‘Jet Junior’. There’s sure to be a variety to suit your space and decor.
